CREAM of the Crop specialises in four areas: Recruitment (predominantly National Volume Recruitment); Training (Health industry); Nursing Agency (Temp staff) and Psychometric Assessment.

CREAM of the Crop was founded in February 2003 by Managing Director Simon Jones, following 28 highly successful years at senior levels within the recruitment industry in South Australia. CREAM of the Crop has a number of highly accredited assessment staff and uses a number of behavioural consultants and psychologists for major undertakings. Drawing on over 43 years of combined recruitment and assessment experience, we intend to provide all our clients with a customised, personalised and comprehensive servicethat will meet varying requirements. We deliver superior quality in personalised business practices and bring this mentality to every occasion.

We are highly experienced in understanding the dilemmas facing 21st century employers looking for people with the right attitude, experience, motivation and suitability and this is where we can assist. To ensure our candidates contain these attributes we screen them thoroughly using our scientific psychometric assessments, provided by Saville Consulting and SHL.
