CREAM of the Crop was founded in February 2003 by Managing Director Simon Jones,
following 28 highly successful years at senior levels within the recruitment industry in South Australia.
CREAM of the Crop has a number of highly accredited assessment staff and use a number of behavioural consultants and psychologists for major undertakings.
Drawing on over 43 years of combined recruitment and assessment experience, we intend to provide all our clients with a customised,
personalised and comprehensive service that will meet varying requirements.
We deliver superior quality in personalised business practises and bring this mentality to every occasion.

Simon JonesDirector
Since starting CREAM of the Crop in Feburary 2003, Simon has serviced and managed the recruitment and training needs of many organisations.
With over 25 years of recruitment experience, Simon is regularly used by other agencies as a consultant for a wide range of areas,
including selection, training, psychometric assessment, behavioural interview training, and volume recruitment.

Cassie HowardHealth Agency Coordinator
Cassie has prospered in the recruitment industry and has the knowledge and expertise to know what Clients really need.
Cassie has provided solutions to many Clients, is a key member of the CREAM of the Crop Nursing Agency sector and is able to help you with all your healthcare staffing needs.
Cassie also has solid experience in National Volume Recruitment.

Trudy CrickmarAccounts Administrator
An integral member of our team, Trudy is responsible for all business administrative functions, including accounts and payroll, and also assists with Health staff interviews and allocations.
A qualified teacher, Trudy also has a solid customer service background, which is reflected in her excellent ability to interact with both candidates and clients.

Scott CheffirsTechnical Support
Scott has recently graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Computing (Multimedia).
Since coming onboard he has provided various assistance across the technical board and has become a central part of the team.
Scott has a wide range of abilities which have been put to good use.

Anne Marie Wallage (EN)Trainer
Anne Marie Wallage EN is the Trainer for all our health courses.
She has many years of experience in all areas of Nursing and brings her excellent knowledge of the health and aged care industries to our Nursing Agency division.
She has received many awards during her nursing career and now dedicates herself to training and developing new carers and assisting nurses to broaden their knowledge.
